Tree M.D. Local tree care LLC is a residential tree removal company that also provides pruning, stump grinding coordination, and emergency services.

Tree M.D. was founded by Joseph Martin. In April of 2020 he met a man while fishing the Chattahoochee River who introduced him to the tree removal industry. He was instantly fascinated by the challenge of the job, the satisfaction of the customers, and the earning potential of the field. Tree M.D. strives to exceed customer expectations though its values, provide advancement opportunities to its best employees, while always staying committed to continuous improvement. Joe has worked in a variety of positions within the tree industry and is working toward higher certification every day. 

Joe is a former Combat medic, retired military officer, former ambulance director of a multimillion-dollar organization, and served 3 tours in both Iraq and Afghanistan. Joe’s experience and education in Lean six sigma will be highly useful in both cost and error reduction. . 

Tree service companies thrive when working for commercial clients. While we mostly encounter residential clients, commercial landowners require constant tree upkeep to maintain land permit standards. They’re typically professional, and easy to work with. Because commercial property owners require consistent services, they’re easy to profile—making services quick, effective, and thus incredibly cost effective. Tree M.D, strives to begin with residential customers, grow to commercial, and expand to venture contracting opportunities on nearby Fort Benning and other Federal opportunities.

Arborist Pledge

As members of the Tree Care Industry Association, we strive to uphold the honor and dignity of our profession and to improve the quality of life through increasing our knowledge and skills in the management of trees, shrubs and other landscape plants entrusted to our care. Further, we strive to upgrade the standards of arboriculture and encourage others to follow our principles. We will conduct ourselves in a fair and just manner in dealing with the public, our employees, and our fellow arborists. We will work for the betterment of our society and the world. 

Over the next 5-10 years Arborists can expect to deal with an uptick of diseased and dead trees. There will be more to remove than skilled professionals to remove them. We will work with insurance companies to assist and advise customers of their risk. 

Educational legacy will be the driving force to success behind the daily operation. This venture is precious and intended to be long term. That length of time is yet to be determined. The legacy could last for decades. We intend to provide education and certification opportunities to aspiriring skilled professionals.

Our legal form of ownership is a Limited Liability Company (Manager-managed) as we are less than 10 employees.
